About MR Quigley

 

Following retirement after a 23-year career as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Quigley joined Deloitte & Touche, LLP., where he served a variety of federal and state-level clients across the Departments of Defense (DoD), Transportation, and Commerce.  These engagements provided Quigley frequent interaction with government officials including members of the Senior Executive Service, coaching them to apply concepts and consider various courses of action to best navigate their challenges.

Mr. Quigley’s first career in federal service as a military member and then the nearly decade of combined government and corporate consulting, plus the trials of the military transition process, provided him a unique perspective from all sides of the equation. Passionate about wanting to continue to support patriotic business leaders, Quigley knows how to help them translate and instill the benefits of discipline and accountability learned during service in the military and required in the private sector.  He has created Knighthawk Consulting to deliver programs aimed at improving and accelerating the management and leadership development process to improve relationships, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of accountability built on trust.

  • We will start with how the landscape has changed in terms of workstyle, values and preferences — where the gaps are and why — so we fully grasp the SITUATION and can define The Problem.

  • We will share techniques to gather your employee's’ perspective, so you can avoid top-down directives that fall flat.

  • We show you how to pull it altogether as we then focus on your company by setting clear expectations, applying communication tools effectively and appropriately, initiating an approach of micro-understanding.
