While infinitely tailorable, the syllabus is currently split into six, one-hour virtual classroom sessions, five one-hour workshops, and one four-hour live coaching session.

In the classroom sessions, we will build associate and manager general business acumen and improve customer management skills by progressively addressing three primary learning domains ("head, heart, and hands"). The focus of the training is on people and relationship skills with the goal of developing emotional connectivity. We provide tools for the application of these concepts and always include the "why" behind all of them.

The workshops include an overview of the concepts, video demonstrations, interactive activities, and LOTS of role-playing. We wrap each session with a debrief of "what one thing" did I learn, see, hear, or want to try?” and ask for a commitment from each participant to state it for the group.

Finally, the training includes a primer on DISC communication styles, including understanding one's own style, and how to recognize communication styles in others. Training also includes tips on how to (and how not to) communicate with prospects, customers, teammates, and leadership.
